FAQ

Questions people ask first.

What is Gyrium?
The place your organisation keeps what it knows, held as a curated, sourced foundation, and composing your communications from it. Documents are expressions of knowledge. Gyrium keeps the knowledge itself, and renders each deliverable in your brand and voice.
How is this different from ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gamma?
Those start from zero every session, and nothing your organisation knows accumulates inside them. Gyrium composes from your own foundation, traces every claim to a source, and gets richer every time your team produces work.
How is this different from a knowledge base like Notion or Confluence?
A knowledge base stores information and waits to be read, so it rots. Gyrium puts knowledge to work in every deliverable, and producing the deliverable is what keeps it current.
Is our data used to train shared models?
No. Your environment is customer-isolated, never blended with other organisations' material, and never used to train shared models.
What happens to our knowledge when a key person leaves?
It stays. Once an expert's knowledge is captured as sourced facts, it remains and keeps composing future work.
What do you mean by "it cannot invent"?
Gyrium composes from the sourced facts in your foundation. Where a fact is missing, it asks a person to fill it. This is how it composes, and it is why a regulated organisation can trust the output.
Does Gyrium generate images of people?
No. Gyrium does not fabricate a human presence, in an image or a voice. Where a communication needs authentic imagery, a real designer or photographer makes it, and Gyrium composes the result into your material.
Can I revise what it produces?
Yes. Give feedback or point it at another source, and it composes again. Nothing ships until you approve it.
Can it use our brand?
Yes. Your fonts, colours, layout, and logos carry into every deliverable, so everything comes out recognisably yours, in content and design.
What does it cost?
Pricing is being finalised. One thing is decided: pricing and usage will be visible as you work, with no surprise bills and no automatic top-ups.
